You may have anxiety disorder if you have experienced
the following more days than not over a period of
6 months:
1. Excessive anxiety and worry
2. Difficulty controlling the worry
3. The worry and anxiety go along with at least
3 of the following 6 symptoms:
. Restlessness or agitation
. Getting tired easily
. Feeling irritable
. Tightness in the muscles
. Difficulty focusing or concentrating
. Difficulty sleeping
